Description
Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against FGF19. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human FGF19, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of FGF19 protein. It has a molecular weight of approximately 24 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
