Anti-FGF10 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets FGF10 (Fibroblast growth factor 10, also known as Keratinocyte growth factor 2), a growth factor implicated in epithelial development and tissue repair. The reagent is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺, pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and the antibody has been affinity-purified against a recombinant human FGF10 immunogen. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, allowing flexibility for downstream labelling workflows. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples, with specificity directed to the endogenous total FGF10 protein. For laboratory handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored long-term at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
