Anti-FGF1 Antibody [KT115]

From Antibodies.com, this rat monoclonal antibody (clone KT115) targets FGF1 and is supplied as a liquid preparation. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and ELISA applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

The antibody is of the IgG2a isotype and is unconjugated. It was raised against recombinant human aFGF and is provided at 1 mg/ml in a Phosphate Buffered Saline formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.09% sodium azide. Purification is performed using a Protein G column.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1/1,000 for ELISA and between 1/500 and 1/10,000 for Western blot.
