Description
A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and offered by Antibodies.com targets FGF1. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. The antibody was raised against recombinant full length human FGF-1 and is reported to detect endogenous levels of FGF1 protein.
The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 17 kDa.
