Anti-FGF1 Antibody

It has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 16-155 of human FGF1 (NP_001138364.1); the target protein has a molecular weight of 17 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:100-1:200 for IHC and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
