Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against FGF Basic (FGF2) and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples. The unconjugated reagent was generated using recombinant full-length human FGF Basic as the immunogen and is reported to detect endogenous levels of Basic FGF (FGF2) protein, with a molecular weight of ~18 kDa.
The antibody is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and the product is supported by 2 scientific validation images.
