Anti-FGF-6 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a research-grade primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against fibroblast growth factor 6 (FGF-6) and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to the C-terminal region of human FGF-6. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, making it suitable for direct detection of endogenous FGF-6. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and ELISA and has been demonstrated to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
