Anti-FGF 22 (A96) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets FGF 22 and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications. The antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and detects the FGF-22 (A96) epitope.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 64–112 of human FGF 22. The reagent detects endogenous levels of FGF-22 protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 20 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
