Anti-FGF-2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against FGF-2 (basic fibroblast growth factor) using a synthetic peptide derived from the internal region of human FGF-2, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of the FGF-2 protein. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and it is unconjugated with an IgG isotype, making it well suited to standard immunodetection workflows. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and ELISA, and the reagent has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. For best stability, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
