Anti-FGB Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human fibrinogen beta chain (FGB) immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect the endogenous total FGB protein in classical immunoassays. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, liquid formulation at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot, buffered in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and it is intended for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. Reactivity has been validated in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it a useful tool for cross-species studies of fibrinogen biology and coagulation research. For routine handling, vials are shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt they should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
