Anti-Fes (K161) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Fes (K161), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent. The antibody is raised in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 131–180 of Human Fes, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Fes protein, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 93 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Affinity-purification using the epitope-specific immunogen gives a reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE.
