Anti-Ferritin Antibody [KT148]

A mouse monoclonal antibody (clone KT148) from Antibodies.com, raised against Ferritin for use in Western blot, ELISA and sandwich ELISA applications. The unconjugated IgG2a reagent is provided in liquid form and is reactive with human samples.

According to the manufacturer's data, the antibody was generated using purified human ferritin as immunogen, is purified through a Protein A column, and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide. The reported cross-reactivity profile by antigen sequence identity is Mouse: 93%, Rat: 95%, Pig: 91% and Cynomolgus monkey: 95%. Recommended dilutions are ELISA at 1 µg/ml, WB at 1/500–1/5,000, and CA at 3 µg/ml.
