Anti-Ferritin Antibody

This mouse monoclonal antibody targets human ferritin and is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG2 reagent for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. The clone was raised against ferritin isolated from human liver, conferring specificity for the human protein, and is purified by DEAE chromatography to greater than 95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.

The antibody is formulated in 15 mM potassium phosphate buffer at pH 7.2, containing 0.85% NaCl. It is shipped at 4°C and should be stored at 4°C for short-term use; for longer-term storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
