This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets FERMT3 (also known as Kindlin-3), a FERM-domain containing protein expressed predominantly in hematopoietic cells. Kindlin-3 plays an essential role in integrin activation, mediating the inside-out signaling required for leukocyte and platelet adhesion. Loss-of-function mutations in FERMT3 are associated with Leukocyte Adhesion Deficiency type III, a rare immunodeficiency characterized by impaired neutrophil migration and bleeding diathesis.

The reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in a 100 µL vial, validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows. The polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and recognizes multiple epitopes on the FERMT3 target, which can be useful when validating expression changes across human, mouse, and rat samples. Researchers studying hematopoietic cell biology, integrin signaling, neutrophil extravasation, or rare immune disorders use this reagent to probe Kindlin-3 localization and abundance in cell lines and primary leukocyte preparations.
