Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Fer (D798), supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 760–810 of human Fer and detects endogenous levels of the Fer protein. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The host species is rabbit.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 95 kDa.
