Anti-FEN1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets FEN1, the flap structure-specific endonuclease 1. Raised in rabbit and purified by affinity purification, the unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation, and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 50-380 of human FEN-1 (NP_004102.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 48 kDa. The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot, 1:50-1:200 for immunohistochemistry, 1:10-1:100 for ICC/IF, and 1:50-1:200 for IP. It is shipped at 4°C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
