Anti-FEN-1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against flap endonuclease 1 (FEN-1) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS supplemented with 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human FEN-1, and the IgG is provided unconjugated for use in standard immunoassay workflows. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry / immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, where it reliably detects endogenous levels of FEN-1 protein. Cross-reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples, making the reagent suitable for comparative studies across these species. For routine use the vial should be stored at -20°C in single-use aliquots after arrival, with the shipment itself packed at 4°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided to preserve antibody activity.
