Anti-FEN-1 Antibody

This polyclonal rabbit antibody targets FEN-1 (Flap Endonuclease 1), a structure-specific metallonuclease essential for Okazaki fragment maturation during lagging-strand DNA synthesis and for long-patch base excision repair in mammals. The reagent recognizes an epitope conserved across human, mouse, and rat FEN-1 orthologs, enabling cross-species studies of replication-fork processing and genome maintenance.
