Anti-FDX1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against FDX1, also designated ADX, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein is reported to have a molecular weight of 14 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–184 of human FDX1/ADX (NP_004100.1), and the antibody has been affinity purified. Reactivity is described with human samples. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given, with one example protocol describing use at 1:1,000 with 25 µg lysate per lane, a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L HRP secondary at 1:10,000, blocking with 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST, and detection with an ECL Enhanced Kit at a 90 s exposure. The product is shipped at 4 °C and on arrival should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
