Anti-FDPS Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against the FDPS target. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen used was recombinant full length Human FDPS, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of FDPS protein. The reagent is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 48 kDa. The antibody is of the IgG isotype.
