Anti-FDFT1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to FDFT1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of 48 kDa. It is affinity purified from an immunogen corresponding to amino acids 1-260 of human SQS/FDFT1 (NP_004453.3).

Provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200, with concentration reported as lot specific.
