FCRL5, also known as CD307e and IRTA2, is a transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the Fc receptor-like family. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the intracellular region of FCRL5, a receptor expressed on mature B cell subsets, including memory B cells and plasma cells, where it modulates BCR-mediated signaling. Aberrant FCRL5 expression has been documented in multiple myeloma and certain B cell lymphomas, making it a marker of interest in lymphoma subclassification and in immunotherapy target research.

The antibody is supplied in a vial containing 100 µl of unconjugated rabbit polyclonal preparation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH approximately 7.3, with 0.05% sodium azide added as a preservative. The reagent has been validated for Western blot detection and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. For storage, aliquot the reagent and store at -20°C to minimize freeze-thaw cycles, and protect from light. The polyclonal nature of the reagent means multiple epitopes across the target are recognized, supporting consistent detection across experimental replicates under standardized Western blot conditions.
