Anti-FCGRT Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against FCGRT/FCRN, validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Reactivity has been confirmed with human, mouse, and rat samples, with the immunogen being a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 27–290 of human FcRn (NP_004098.1). The expected molecular weight is 40 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C, and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Representative validation includes Western blot analysis of HL-60 cell lysates at 1:1,000 dilution with detection via an ECL Basic Kit, as well as immunofluorescence imaging of C6 cells at 1:100 dilution using a 40x lens.
