Anti-FCGR3B Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises CD16b, also known as FCGR3B. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–233 of human FCGR3B (NP_000561.3) and is supplied as a liquid purified by affinity chromatography.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The concentration is lot specific, and reported molecular weights are 26 kDa and 46 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given.
