Anti-FCGR2B Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to FCGR2B, available from Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and is intended for Western blot (WB) use with human samples, with a recommended working dilution range of WB: 1:500-1:2000.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 241-310 of human FCGR2B (NP_003992.3) and is affinity purified, yielding material that recognises a target of approximately 40 kDa. It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.30, containing 0.02% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4 °C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
