A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against human CD64 (also known as FCGR1A). The unconjugated IgG antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated by the manufacturer for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 16-288 of human CD64 (NP_000557.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 65-70 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
