The FCGR1A gene encodes the high-affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I, also known as CD64, a surface glycoprotein that binds monomeric IgG and triggers cellular responses including phagocytosis, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, and release of inflammatory mediators. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the human FCGR1A target and supports Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human samples. Supplied as a 100 µl vial of liquid antiserum, it offers flexibility for labs profiling monocyte and macrophage populations, dissecting immune complex clearance, and modeling autoimmune disease mechanisms. For routine use, store at -20°C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and protect from light to preserve binding activity across multiple staining sessions.
