Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against FCER2 (also referred to as CD23) and is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The 50 µL unit is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). The immunogen is a recombinant human FCER2 protein, so the antibody recognises the endogenous FCER2 target in human samples and, according to the supplier's reactivity panel, in mouse samples as well. Because the product is unconjugated, it is well suited to standard chromogenic or fluorescent detection workflows, where users can pair it with an HRP- or fluorophore-labelled secondary antibody of their choice. For handling, the vial is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Intended strictly for research use, the antibody is for use in laboratory investigations only and is not validated for diagnostic or therapeutic applications. Researchers working on B-cell markers, IgE receptor biology, or allergy and inflammation pathways will find this Antibodies.com reagent a flexible option, as the polyclonal format offers broader epitope coverage than a monoclonal clone and the 1 mg/mL stock concentration allows convenient dilution into blocking or incubation buffers at typical working ranges.
