FCER2 (also known as CD23) is a low-affinity IgE receptor central to B-cell signaling, eosinophil regulation, and allergic immune cascades. This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the human FCER2 protein for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. Supplied unconjugated in a 100 µl vial, the antibody offers flexibility for pairing with secondary reagents across fluorescence, chromogenic, and chemiluminescent detection platforms. Validated reactivity with human samples supports studies of B-cell lymphoproliferative disorders, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, allergic asthma, and IgE-mediated inflammation research. Aliquoting on receipt is recommended to preserve binding activity across repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and the reagent should be stored refrigerated between uses to maintain long-term performance. The antibody is validated on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections and on nitrocellulose membranes for protein detection, making it useful for lymphoma phenotyping, allergy model characterization, and investigations of CD23-mediated immune regulation.
