Anti-FCER1A Antibody (FITC) [CRA1]

FCER1A encodes the alpha subunit of the high-affinity IgE receptor, a tetrameric surface marker most strongly expressed on mast cells and basophils, where it mediates allergen-induced degranulation. The CRA1 clone is widely used in allergy and immunology research to identify basophil populations by flow cytometry and to localize tissue mast cells in fixed sections.
