The Anti-FCER1A Antibody [CRA2] from Antibodies.com is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 reagent that specifically recognizes the alpha subunit of the high-affinity immunoglobulin E receptor (FcεRIα), a surface marker predominantly expressed on human mast cells and basophils. The CRA2 clone was originally generated against the extracellular domain of human FcεRIα and has become a benchmark tool in allergy and asthma research, enabling identification and characterization of FcεRI-bearing effector cells in peripheral blood and tissue biopsies.
