Anti-FCER1A Antibody [CRA1]

The FCER1A gene encodes the alpha subunit of the high-affinity immunoglobulin E receptor (FcεRI), the surface receptor that initiates IgE-driven mast cell and basophil activation during allergic responses. Clone CRA1 binds the extracellular domain of FcεRIα, making it a well-characterized reagent for surface phenotyping in allergy, asthma, urticaria, and anti-parasitic immunity research.

Published applications include Western blot, immunoprecipitation, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry on both paraffin-embedded and frozen tissue sections. The reagent is supplied as 100 µg of liquid mouse IgG2b in a vial, unconjugated, with reactivity confirmed against human FcεRIα.
