Anti-FCER1A Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting FCER1A (also known as Fc epsilon RI), offered by Antibodies.com. The reagent is an unconjugated IgG antibody raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000. It is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 26–205 of human FCER1A (NP_001992.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 68 kDa. Reactivity has been demonstrated in human samples, with mouse also listed as a reactive species in the manufacturer's product data. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
