Description
A Rabbit polyclonal antibody to FCAR (also known as CD89) is offered by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples.
It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 60–287 of human FCAR (NP_001991.1) and has been affinity purified. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The target protein has a molecular weight of 40 kDa, and the recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:200 to 1:1,000.
The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
