Anti-CR1 Antibody [KT23]

The Antibodies.com Anti-CR1 Antibody [KT23] is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 reagent raised against human Complement Receptor Type 1 (CD35), a single-pass transmembrane glycoprotein that binds C3b and C4b opsonins and contributes to clearance of immune complexes. Supplied as an unconjugated liquid at 200 µg per vial, the KT23 clone is widely cited in immunology research for flow cytometry phenotyping of B lymphocytes, monocytes, and erythrocytes expressing CR1 on their surface. The antibody is human-specific and does not cross-react with rodent CD35 orthologues, supporting studies of complement regulation, autoimmune disease, malaria rosetting, and B-cell subset analysis. Refrigerate the vial upon receipt; aliquot and freeze at -20°C for long-term storage, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
