Anti-FBXW7 Antibody

Primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against FBXW7 (F-box and WD repeat domain containing 7), a substrate-recognition component of the SCF ubiquitin ligase complex and one of the most frequently mutated tumor suppressors in human cancer. The reagent is a polyclonal IgG, supplied unconjugated, and validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples.

FBXW7 drives ubiquitin-dependent turnover of oncoproteins such as c-Myc, cyclin E, Notch, and c-Jun, and loss-of-function alterations are implicated in colorectal, gastric, endometrial, and cholangiocarcinoma progression, as well as in regulating the mTOR pathway. Investigators use this reagent to monitor FBXW7 expression and stability in cell lysates, formalin-fixed tissue sections, and cultured cells, including stem and progenitor populations where the protein has a documented role.
