Anti-FBXO7 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets FBXO7 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent of lot-specific concentration. It is of the IgG isotype and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 353–522 of human FBXO7 (NP_036311.3).

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It has been tested on human, mouse and rat samples and detects FBXO7 at a molecular weight of 65–72 kDa.

The reagent is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
