Anti-FBXO32 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the FBXO32 target and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The product is unconjugated and ships at 4°C in a phosphate-buffered saline vehicle (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol; aliquots should be stored at −20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Immunised with a recombinant human FBXO32 protein, the antibody recognises the endogenous total FBXO32 pool and is validated for Western blot (WB) work, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. The 1.0 mg/mL stock is intended for research use only across muscle biology, ubiquitin–proteasome, and skeletal-muscle atrophy studies where the F-box only protein 32 (Atrogin-1/MAFbx) pathway is of interest. Pairs with standard anti-rabbit IgG secondary reagents and is suitable for downstream detection by chemiluminescence or comparable WB readouts.
