FBXO32 is a muscle-enriched F-box protein, also known as Atrogin-1 or MAFbx, that functions as a substrate-recognition component of the SCF ubiquitin ligase complex and is widely used as a marker of skeletal muscle atrophy and proteasomal degradation. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against FBXO32 and validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples. Provided unconjugated in a 100 µl volume, it supports studies of cachexia, disuse atrophy, and cardiac remodeling, where it is used to track expression of atrophy-related ligases in cultured myotubes and tissue sections.
