Anti-FBXO32 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Fbx32 (also referenced as FBXO32), provided as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The antibody is reactive with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 206-355 of human Fbx32/FBOX32 (NP_478136.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 40 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid, lot-specific concentration formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
