Anti-FBXO2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to FBXO2, offered by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated. It is reactive with mouse and rat samples and has been validated for Western blotting (WB).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–296 of human FBXO2 (NP_036300.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 39 kDa. The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. A recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given for WB. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
