Anti-FBXL2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting FBXL2, validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 120-240 of human FBXL2 (NP_036289.3). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, at a lot-specific concentration, with a reported molecular weight range of 38 – 47 kDa. The recommended WB dilution is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
