Anti-FBP1 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab196556)

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets FBP1 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent of the IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity reported against Human and Mouse samples, and manufacturer data also indicating Rat reactivity.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 50–150 of human FBP1 (NP_000498.2) and purified by affinity purification. The target protein has a molecular weight of 38 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
