Anti-FBLN5 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibody range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Fibulin 5 (FBLN5). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid preparation and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 199–448 of human FBLN5 (NP_006320.2). It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a molecular weight of 60 kDa. Concentration is lot specific.
