Anti-FBL Antibody

Raised in rabbit against fibrillarin (FBL), this unconjugated polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is validated for western blot detection of the human target. Fibrillarin is a highly conserved ~34 kDa nucleolar protein widely used as a marker of the dense fibrillar component of nucleoli, where it catalyzes 2'-O-methylation of ribosomal RNAs and supports early pre-rRNA processing.

Each vial provides 100 µL of ready-to-use reagent for research use only. The antibody is reactive with human samples and is supplied unconjugated, allowing researchers to pair it with secondary reagents of their choice, such as HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG for chemiluminescent western blot or fluorophore-labeled secondaries for immunofluorescence localization studies of nucleolar architecture.
