Anti-FAT1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets the human FAT1 protocadherin, a very large (~500 kDa) atypical cadherin that regulates actin cytoskeleton organization, cell-cell adhesion, and planar cell polarity at epithelial junctions. The unconjugated IgG is supplied as 100 µg in liquid format within a vial and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry workflows on human samples. FAT1 is frequently studied in the context of renal cell carcinoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and Hennekam syndrome, making this reagent useful for expression profiling and pathway studies.
