Description
A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody directed against FASTKD1, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human samples. The antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts specifically with human FASTKD1.
The immunogen is a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 289 and 660 of FASTKD1, and the reagent is purified by antigen-affinity chromatography. It is formulated in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline (pH 7.0) containing 10% glycerol, with 0.01% thimerosal added as a preservative. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
