Anti-FASN Antibody

It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form, affinity-purified, and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.09% sodium azide. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 2221–2511 of human Fatty Acid Synthase, and the target has a predicted molecular weight of 273 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions, as supplied by the manufacturer, are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC-P 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and ELISA 1 µg/ml.
