Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Fas Ligand (FasLG) available through Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200. The antibody reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

Generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100–200 of human FasLG (NP_000630.1), with the immunogen region GMFQLFHLQKELAELRESTSQMHTASSLEKQIGHPSPPPEKKELRKVAHLTGKSNSRSMPLEWEDTYGIVLLSGVKYKKGGLVINETGLYFVYSKVYFRGQ. The target has a molecular weight of 46 kDa. Concentration is lot specific, and the product is purified by affinity chromatography.
