Anti-FasL (P137) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in Rabbit, targeting FasL (P137). This unconjugated primary antibody is validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–150 of Human FasL. The antibody detects endogenous levels of FAS ligand/TNFL6 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The molecular weight of the target is approximately 31 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
